One word...Alpine.

I was a Sony man for 15+ years & refused to fall in line with the rest of the world who all had Alpines. When Sony started reducing the quality of their mp3 CD decks, I finally caved in & bought an Alpine 9835 mp3 CD deck based on numerous good user reviews. I couldn't be more happy. I bought it off Ebay brand new about 2 years ago...no problems. FM & AM signals are both strong.

In your price range, I would suggest either the CDA-9856:

Or the CDA-9853:

He prolly got it from newtoyotaparts.com

I'm still waiting on mine. A guy that works there posted a week & a half ago on this forum that 7 trim pieces were shipped out to the first 7 people that ordered them.

I've already got my Alpine deck installed using the stock brackets off the stock radio. It just needs the trim piece to look pretty.

The standard Toyota wiring harness at your local car audio dealer will work. The package comes with 2 separate wiring harnesses. It's the same wiring harness package Toyota has used for years.

If your local car audio dealer is out of stock, one can be purchased through Crutchfield for $10 + $6.98 shipping.
