Help please. For the 1st time in 3 years I’m trying to use the two 2.1 amp USB ports in my 2020 Hybrid RAV4 and they don’t work. I’ve tried Blowing compressed air into them and wiping them out wit a QTip but no luck. The Toyota dealer wants to charge me $129 for a diagnostic check but i said no way.

The main USB port in the front console works fine to charge my iphone and connect Apple Car Play. The two Rear 2.1 amp USB ports on back of the arm rework fine for charging. I’m not trying to do any data in the ports, just charge phones.

Read numerous posts but haven’t found a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
I have the same issue, only it's with the rear seat USB ports. The port in the dash and the two in the center console work but not the rear seat ones. My guess is it has something to do with the Raptor lights I installed which uses a USB2 fuse under the hood. I haven't taken the time yet to test that out but I would check the fuses. For a 2020, it could be located by the driver footwell and labelled ACC-B or similar.
