i just stumbled upon this youtube video which shows the diagnostic hidden menu for what looks like the Italian RAV4 Hybrid. I'm sure it'll be the same for non-hybrids as well. https://youtu.be/x6r4ppKcNnE at 2:51 he turns off the screen, swipes right 5x then swipes left 5x and voila.

I've used the diagnostic menu on our Prius Prime and 4.4s have a diagnostic menu as well, owners here have used it to make changes on the backup camera.

Nope, doesn't work on my XLE premium. Not sure if there are other conditions required that weren't clear in the video.

Ignition must be on, it won't work in the accessory position, I tested it just before posting since I forgot about it earlier when in the rig.:wink

Tried that as well. Also made sure all the TSS options were on, as in the video it looked like that was part of the process. Played with the ECO, NORM, SPORT setting like the video poster did, still couldn't get it to work.

Hmmm, worked the first time for me, I use Eco all the time. I remember from past experiences of members trying to access the diag menu to calibrate the backup guide lines steering angle or just enable them, it wouldn't work unless ignition was on. I have my headlight switch in the auto position if that has something to do with it.

It's a diagnostic and calibration menu meant for service tech use, google it.

All late gen 4s and gen 5s have an Entune Infotainment system, there are three different systems, Entune, Entune Audio Plus and Premium Audio w/Nav, the '19 Premium has Dynamic Nav

Did you read the thread I posted? Try it yourself, it has different instructions for the 4.4.

Found it.
TIS shows four ways to access. The easiest of which is:
With ignition on and audio and screen off push the "seek"(right arrow) button 5 times and then push the "track"(left arrow) 5 times. Must be completed in 15 seconds.

Did you try the same thing he did in the video, by swiping on the screen rather than pressing buttons?
