First time poster

Im getting a 2005 Rav4 (base) and looking for the best deal. Right now, I have a salesman quoting me of $19,000 including free oil changes for life and tax/tags/frieght.

How much did you pay for your Rav4?

Wow, that seems pretty reasonable to me. I paid around 23K rounding including tax i think.. not sure how much more for taxes, gotta check on that. But i think my sticker had a 20 or 21K? I don't remember. I have a basic model with quick order package, which added probably a couple of thousands to the base price. But considering the fact that the 2005 comes with extra standard things than mine, I think that 19K is not bad at all.
What color will you choose for your Rav? Any extras? If you kinda want to check on the price, you might want to go to toyota.com and build your car the way you want it, and at the end it'll give you a quote.

Not sure yet. Might be silver, might be black Im just gonna get the base one and start from there.

What are the specs for it? 2WD or 4WD, manual or automatic, etc.

just the basic 2WD auto transaxle and no other options.

In March I got a 2005 2wd, auto, with roof rack and floor mats for $19,300. Sounds like a good deal.

Got our '05 FWD auto with keyless/alarm and tinted windows for $18,500 at an end of year sale. Thought getting under invoice on a Toyota was impossible before that.
