I have a 2014 2WD LTD. I added a transmission cooler when I bought it new. It reduces the temp about 15°F (210 to 195).
I have a class 3 hitch installed. Standard spec says this model will tow 1500#.
Can I expect any increase with these additions?

I am looking at a travel trailer speced out at about 1800#. With gear it would probably be under 2500#.
Is this doable?
What kind of MPG penalty would this involve?

I am guessing the tongue weight would be the biggest issue since it is just FWD.
Any thoughts on this?

You should post this in the GENERAL or MECHANICAL section for a response. 😉
