The pictures online show them to be slick looking and outdated, but in person they have a mat finish and look very rugged in the Rav4. Also, the price and the fact that they completely cover the foot rest sealed the deal for me.[/COLOR]

The gas lever is just under the mat, so it's not an issue to get to. I'll take a pic tomorrow an post it.
