2019 RAV4 1500 miles I own a 2002 avalon a 93 Ford pickup and a 2013 sienna van all with the JBL speaker systems don't look for the new RAV4s JBL system to sound near as good as these you'll be completely underwhelmed

O/K one more time the six speaker system ruined any music I played on it the upgrade JBL system with 11 speakers sounds better with pre-recorded music not broadcast music I'm warning people that like to listen to music not to even think about the six speaker system it's woefully inadequate

I'm generally pleased with the JBL system in my limited. Highs are crisp, bass is low and deep, not much distortion when loud. However, it doesn't sound quite as good as the Fender system in my 2016 VW Sportwagen. Could just be due to the smaller space in the VW. The one thing the Fender has over the JBL is the SD card reader. Really miss having my core 100+ gigs of music just living in the system.

I have the premium JBL (11 speakers) in my XSE and it's pretty good, especially compared the system my '07 Prius and '13 Sienna had. Almost as good as the sound system in my mazda3 (the system in there is really good)

I own a 2013 Avalon, 2015 Sienna and 2019 RAV4 all with the JBL premium sound. The RAV4 is the best sounding by a wide margin. The Avalon is the worst.

To each his own glad your happy. I JUST TRADED can't stand driving the Toyota. I tested the RAV's JBL system the ELS system in the Acura made a 20 year toyota owner switch plus Toyota and the dealer's attitude good riddance.

I’ve seen a lot of negative comments online about the Toyota JBL systems. My previous ride was a 2018 Tundra with JBL. That was disappointing. It did not get very loud and the sub was underwhelming.

The JBL in my Rav4 is good for me. I’m sure there are better systems but I am happy to have the upgraded system. For those of you trying to decide, it would be best to test both systems before buying or ordering.

...that is a surprising reaction, as an audiophile, factory would never be good enough in any vehicle and I would rather build a system from the ground up, so what is the real problem?..I don't care what manufacturer I am dealing with, because I don't deal with them its the dealer, don't like them , choose another location until you get the satisfaction you are looking for because there are a lot of crap Acura dealers too

I would love to learn enough about audio where I felt confident changing the audio on my vehicles. I'm too worried id make it worse.

I’ve heard worse systems that cost a lot more and I’ve heard systems that sound better for less. The upgraded JBL sound is more than adequate. Best mix of sound with heavy rock, volume in the high 30’s to low 40’s, Treble adjusted to the max, mid down from the middle setting, bass adjusted to the max
