Looks like they did away with the vertical accent lights and put fog lamps on there. On Toyota's website, the SE has no fog lamps. Either way, that sucks. The vertical accent DRL's look amazing on the facade.

Yeah, Toyota Norway. The US version has nothing in that area, it seems. Only the XSE's will get the vertical LED accent.
