You may have seen my woes here before. I have a 2002 that STILL has a mysterious power drain that no one can seem to find. I went out and bought a test light so I can test each fuse. Any suggestions to help me? I don't really know what I'm doing but I'm tired of throwing money at mechanics telling me they can't find it or worse, that they've fixed it when they haven't. I've probably spent upwards of $1500 with several different mechanics and I still have the problem. I have the second new alternator in a year, third new battery and it's still happening.

I found a 2011 RAV yesterday with 84,000 miles and not a scratch for $14K. Wondering if I should just give up on the 2002 (even with all her brand-new parts, including brakes, rotors, calipers, bearings and more) and buy the newer one or keep plugging away at the problems?:frown
