When it rains I notice a few drops of water drip from the roof? or front window onto the front passenger's rubber floor mat. I cannot find any wet spots on the ceiling and no other obvious signs of leakage.

Maybe it is sweating as it is quite damp around here.

Any suggestions?

What can be used to put on the rubber seal of the sunroof?

Are you sure it's coming from the sunroof? There were known issues with water leaking in from the windshield cowl area (especially on 2006-2007 models, like yours), specifically to the passenger floor, such as:

There are also drain vents for the sunroof which may be clogged, if it is in fact from the sun roof:

Thanks DVS. I do not use search that often before I post, but I see that I should have.

I suspect that it is a leak from the sunroof as I see a few drops after I start driving when the car has been sitting in rain overnight. However not enough to soak the whole area.

I made a post in the last post in your reply.

Leak in front passenger footwell of 2007 Rav4

i have just started having a leak in the footwell of my 2007 Rav4. After pulling all the carpeting and panels I could not find the leak. I had my daughter sit inside as I sprayed all around the windows, firewall, etc. No leaks noted. I left it like this and my drove the car for the next few days. Sure enough there was more water after sitting outside during the day. Car is normally garaged when at home. After reading more of these posts, I opened the sunroof and found the passenger side drain blocked. I opened it up, pushed a wire down until it stopped. I could feel it in the drain tube behind the right kick panel. I blew it out with my compressor and couldn't see where it exited the vehicle. I poured water in it and it drained out between the frame members. It appears to be free and clear now. I did the same on the driver side just because it was easy to do. Now to see if I fixed anything. Thanks for all the help in posting your issues so I could troubleshoot and learn what to fix.

Glad to hear you found the problem. Just make sure you dry out the interior completely. I had a blocked AC condensate drain that soaked both front carpets. Was glad I pulled the carpets and the insulation mats as they were really wet.
