they are everywhere... just type in 02 rav4 bumper and you will find lots of website selling parts... sometimes you can find it on ebay

tried looking for it at as 02 rav4 rear bumper before. but mostly that offers me are 99' and early models

NOW WAIT a minute... Are you sure you need an aftermarket bumper? I have always had bad experiences with aftermarket parts. Unless you are looking for a specifci kind of bumper that manufacturer does not produce.
