We just got the Rough Country lift + RNOFIT real coils installed a few weeks ago and the combination has been great. No vibration, no shaking, no issues whatsoever.
Before the installation our lowest point was at 7" (lower than advertised due to rooftop tent weight, and sagging in the rear which you can see in the top photo here). After the installation our lowest point is now the front skid plate which is at about 10". Looks like we gained about 3" total, though the gain in the rear is over 4".

What's the size of the tires and rims you're using? or you're using the stock still?

Also I just checked RNOFIT coils, they only support the rear and they have same height as the stock ones here's a quote:
The Dendoff Coils are stock height. Only difference between the Dendoff coils and the stock Rav4 coils is load rating.
We are still on the stock TRD wheels/tires (going to upgrade later this year but they have been great so far - wanted to get enough use out of them since we paid extra for the TRD upgrades). The wheels are 18" and the tires are 225/60/18 I believe. We are planning on upgrading to 265/65/17 soon.
The RNOFIT coils have made a huge difference in our ground clearance. On long camping / overlanding trips we carry a lot of heavy gear (rooftop tent, roof rack, awning, full fridge, batteries, solar, cooking gear, tembo tusk, etc.) All that weight caused the rear of the vehicle to sag a lot since the stock coils are not rated for that much weight. The new coils keep the rear lifted even when weighed down, so it has made a huge impact on clearance overall.

I have seriously considered the Dendroff coils, but given my primary suspension philosophy in this vehicle and in previous builds is maximum suppleness, nearly doubling the spring rate won't meet that. Instead, I tend to compensate for weight with higher lifts such that the vehicle settles where I want it. Thus, I will likely just build custom mounts for generic 16" (stock length) coils, and maybe go up to 225 or 250lb/in instead of the Dendroff's 370.

I am running 16" rims with 215/85R16 (30.5") tires. This year I will be upgrading to slightly beefier and more aggressive 245/75R16 (still 30.5") tires.
Totally makes sense. It is definitely a stiffer ride, though it has settled quite a lot since the installation. When we are loaded with gear it actually feels pretty soft, but when we are empty it is stiff. Fortunately when we go off-road we are usually heavily loaded up.

We have the RC spacer lift + DENDOFF stiffer rear coils + 245/70/17 tires and we have no issues whatsoever. We have had this set up for quite some time now and it has been great. Been on long road trips, off-roading, in the snow, and use the car as a daily driver. No vibrations, wobble, or anything weird like that.
