All the lift kits advertise more lift in the front than the rear, so the vehicle looks good completely empty. I keep tools and recovery gear in the back of my vehicle (maybe 50 or 55lb at most), and the rear appears noticably lower. I am going to make a custom set of spacers to lift it another inch.

Yes, total suspension travel is the same, but the only time I have been stuck was when I high-centered. I have also scraped the front and rear bumpers. So, I do think ground clearance is a more pressing challenge for this vehicle than total wheel travel.
