I had concerns about the vibration and distortion from the speaker in the rear door, so I ordered and installed some Dynamat. The problem: I wasn't sure how to remove the speaker grill so I just gently pried it off with my fingers, but it appears it wasn't meant to snap off, snap on. It looks like it was glued on and I in effect broke it off. To reinstall, I used contact cement and glued it back on. Any have any ideas on how else to access the rear speaker?

BTW, I stuck a 50 sq.in. piece of Dynamat inside of each rear wheel well (accessed from the inside), surrounded the rear speaker with some, and put some behind the rear license plate. The result is an appreciably quieter ride, with cleaner sound from the back speaker, less vibration/distortion, and no license plate rattle.

Thanks, flyingn! For a neophyte like me, who is now afraid of breaking anything else, how do you best remove the rear door panel?
