Is this a new problem? Have new tires just been installed, or have they just been rotated? Does the wobble occur only while driving on the highway? It could be a wheel and tire out of balance or a tire which is not truly round.

Based upon the symptoms and your explanations, it would seem that the problem could be an out-of-round tire or wheel. It possibly have been balanced even if out of round without being noticed but still be out of round. And balancing should be dynamic, which is with the wheels and tirea being rotated at simulated road speed.
