Mirror alternative?

I have an 4 door RAV4 (1999) and i want to change my two side mirrors because they have no heating ability... can anyone suggest me where to get some (tried ebay - no luck), maybe some other toyota have the same mirrors?
Please advice. Winter is coming and heating would be handy...
