What kind of 0-60 times are you looking at?

Hard to see in the video, but definitely looks quicker than my 2014

0-60s high 5s and low 6s and with hard wheel spin on 1st to 2nd gear being a FWD. There's really not that much gain from a NA 2.5L 4cyl but comparing it to the stock 176 hp Rav4 with 0-60 in 8-9s - There's a big difference. (No dynos)
Throttle response. Definitely.
Strongest gain I think is in the mid 4000 rpm, 2nd gear to 3rd gear. (45mph to 80mph)
Top speed - Tried once (being an idiot "don't be like me") for the top speed and reached a 130+ mph
. (Can only achieve top speed if you do it in manual shift mode and stay in 4th gear until you reach 6500rpm) - you lose power in 5th and 6th gear.

Let me know your upgrades everyone! I did a lot of tinkering in my rav4 throughout the years. This year, I am going to have my first smog check and I am going back to stock (stock header, stock air intake, and remove the unichip) for the test and might considering remaining stock as smog test here in Cali is every other year (pain the a$* to revert tostock every test)
*Unichip doesn't alter the ECU so there's no trace that my ECU was altered. FAQ Reverting to Stock | Unichip Automotive Performance

Those are impressive numbers

I have an intake and it didn't do anything for performance. What would you say made the biggest difference?
It's definitely the Unichip that made the difference.
There's tuned map for 87, 89 and 91. 89 and 91 gives the best performance. With The unichip software installed in your laptop, you can change the ignition timing or fuel trims. You can go rich or lean. Never had a CEL or failures since installing the Unichip.

The good thing about the. Unichip is it's a plug and play and it doesn't alter the ecu.

Was skeptical before purchasing the unichip but I was all smile once I installed since 2018.

I'll probably post a video to show the throttle response. It's night and day difference from stock.

I honestly never thought twice about using a chip, I've always been told they're worthless.

Thanks for sharing and please share more!
Here's the link with Dyno results for a scion TC2 with unichip (2013 -2015 rav4 has the same engine (2ARFE) with 2011 - 2016 scion tc2 and 2arfe camrys 2.5L)

There's no splicing needed when installing the unichip - just direct plug in to the throttle body sensor, mass air flow sensor and crank position sensor.
I might have to sell my parts in the future since I'm reverting back to stock. Very Satisfied with the gains though.

MPG wise, with the tune(chip) I am getting 33.6 MPG highway compared to factory specs of 27/31MPG:

more timing, less fuel (rich) less aggressive
