I don't think so. But, if you insist, just go to your local salvage yard and buy a Transmission, all of its components. [from the shifter all that is attached to it until the trans axle] Remember to buy the ECU. You'll need that. :shock: It's like installing ABS to a RAV4. :( . It's all an up hill battle.

Yes it would be possible to convert an auto into a manual. All you need is a manual gearbox from a wreck RAV4 plus it's viscous 4WD cuppling. The rear diff will be the same for the Auto and manual.

As for the engine, you will need a flywheel from an old wreck RAV, plus the auto transmission sensor will have to be hotwired. Other sensors on the engine bay should remain intact.

yes, as a matter of fact.

A new clutch plate, pressure plate, clutch release bearing. The clutch hydraulic cylinder is pretty easy to install since you are going to drop the engine down to do the conversion.

Overall remark.

Screw it. Better off selling your RAV and get a manual one.
