Several days ago, I took my vehicle into the dealership to have them repair the rear suspension arm (tie rod) corrosion recall. In addition, they also corrected fixed the airbag recall & updated the ECM w/ smartstop tech. After driving the vehicle for 2-3 days, I noticed that the car sways back and forth every time I go over a bump in the road (lowspeed & highspeed). To be honest, the car has gotten quite stiff over the years (suspension-wise). Now, its difficult to drive because I feel like I'm on one of the playground toys that sits on a spring and rocks back and forth.

Any ideas as to what could be the issue? Is there anything I can ask from the dealership to correct, free of charge? I feel as if this is their fault, entirely!

I also want to add that during the time in which the car was in for repair, they performed a detail inspection with the vehicle and did not mention anything at all regarding the suspension.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!!

What did the dealer say when you brought it back to them and informed them how the vehicle now drives differently following their service? (as you already described).
