i believe their is a guy who did that swap in a 5th gen. I have seen the fotos on here. Just do an advanced search for headunit I think or stereo.

New to this forum thing but I thought I would keep the Rav4 community up to date on the Androud Auto stuff. I have successfully installed a brand new Pioneer DMH-WT76NEX into my Rav4. I am a professional installer and have been waiting for a radio to come out for this car. I wouldnt dare put one...

Probably not what your looking for but
I have seen at least 2 others on this forum there were pages in the search I put in stereo then in advanced search and 5th gen only. The stock HU is a bit bland compared to an alpine or most aftermarket units I'll admit. Wish it could at least change more colors and was more vibrant.

Called my dealer and they said they have update to add android auto. they said it would update carplay. I said okay made appointment hung up. Called back and said i already have carplay i need android auto they said it will give you ndroid auto the new update. So i'll find out December 6th in delaware.

So back to the original subject of this thread...

Anyone have a chance to try one of these yet? I'm almost leaning on getting a Venza because you can get a factory 12-inch infotainment screen.
