Does anyone have idea why there is no power light and air blowing after switching on the AC button and air flow speed on 2010 RAV4? Even if AC is not cold, some air blow would help on hot summer during storm. I checked both 10A fuses next to OBD port, the 7.5A AC fuse in engine, they are good.

There is also a 50A heater fuse in the engine compartment box

The heater relay could also be broken - this is in the relay box in the passenger kick panel
