Hi! I had the opportunity to be a test mule (2018 LE), for the new light bar from Northwoods Performance, and let me tell you that this product is awesome.

I have a few (springs on B6's, skid plate, high clearance ex pipe) NWP products...IFKYK that quality and fit/finish are top notch, this bar is no exception. Welds are clean, DOM tubing, grade 8 hardware, powder coat is smooth and durable, and tolerances are nice and tight. I was provided a light bar that has a pre-runner hoop and clevis mounts. This bar provides some serious functionality and is a solid upgrade for my RAV.

Installation was easy with the provided instructions. This is now confirmed to fit all 4th gen RAV4. The bar bolts directly into the frame with the mounting tubes/hardware and has enough clearance for my license plate. I could not find any obstructed front sensors on my vehicle.

Taking my time on deciding what lights to go with...enjoy the pics!
HI, I own a 2020 Rav 4 ...I know this is a long shot but I love that bar..unfortunately not made for my year, but I do have the same 2 tow hooks on my front bumper. How many inches is it from the top bolt to the other top bolt ? Imagine if it were the same length as mine...thanks Steve

Thanks for the reply!
Ok, it is 41 1/4" from the center of one bolt to the center of the other bolt. It is kinda hard to measure once installed, but there appears to be about 1/12" of a bend forward in the main front piece, in order to clear the curve of the front end. It is about 5 1/2" from the front edge of the vehicle frame upright (where the actual mounting surface is that attaches the tubes to the frame).
Keep in mind, the bolts that hold the front main bar to the two side tubes are located a couple of inches behind the tube, due to the use of two flat pieces welded to the main front bar. You can see what I am talking (typing?) about in the photos others have posted.
Oh thanks so much Bill I will measure my Rav tomorrow and get a rough estimate and if it seems like it'll fit as long as the company will take it back if I just do a dry fit without really tightening and screwing down bolts and if it looks like it's going to work then maybe I'll have myself a light bar
