I have a 2022 RAV 4 Hybrid. Dealership wants over $1400.00 for the OEM hitch, installation and wiring. Can this be real and normal?

$1400 is a bit over the top. I purchased the receiver and wiring for $350 and did the install myself in a few hours. It's a bit more involved than you'd expect, but it's not an eight hour job which a $1400 charge suggests. I'd look for somewhere that would do it for less than $1000.
