Does anyone know what the part number is for the 10inch OEM touch screen display is? I bought a base 2022 Rav4 XLE and I am trying to get rid of this crappy looking 7inch display. I can only seem to find the 8 inch one. Trying to search through ebay for the part for a fraction of the cost from Toyota.

There is no 10" for 2022. Basic - 7" , audio-plus - 8" and JBL - 9".
Your option will be only 8", for 9" you will need much more work to do - like install sub, amplifier, wiring and e.g.
Personal suggestion - 8" unit from Corolla like 86140-12610/02E30/02E70 for $350-450.
