FIrst thing i would do is to completely clean the area with a degreaser. Maybe some one simply spilled oil during the last oil change.
Also, why is the engine block pink? Is it the sun beams going through the coolant reservoir or did someone spill coolant too? :)

leak

Thank you for your thoughts! The pink is from the light shooting through the wiper fluid reservoir . No leak there! Right now it looks like the timing chain cover is leaking which is big $$$.

Assuming it wasn't a spill it looks more like weeping than leaking to me. As suggested clean it and see how long it takes to come back. (A power washer would do it in a minute.) If, as I suspect, it takes another 30K you don't have a problem. If it starts dripping on the ground you do.

Thank you Rav4 vets!!

Engine clean and observe. I agree it appears to be more of a seep than a leak. I researched the fix and came close to a heart attack at the labor involved :)

CaptJay hasn't been on the forum since he posted so hopefully someone else can help.

My recommendation is to powerwash it clean and see if any fresh oil shows up.
