I’m going to look at a 2003 RAV4 tomorrow that only has 47,591 miles and is selling for $4,300.
Clean body & interior, one owner, well maintained, has been kept garaged and has no rust issues. Automatic transmission.
I feel like this is a good deal, but my only hesitation is the ecm and transmission issues that some have with the ‘03. I’m definitely going to ask the seller if they’ve experienced these issues.
Is there anything else you suggest I ask about?
Have you had an ‘03? Would you recommend buying one?
I’m just out of college so this is a big purchase/decision for me and i really don’t want to buy a lemon. Please share your insight with me!! Thanks!
