I replace my front rotors and pads because the brakes were pulsating. I also replaced the pins and hardware and used brake grease. I cleaned everything and followed the recomend tourque.

The outside of the front passenger rotor pad is scraping only half of the top part of the rotor. The inside pad scraping the entire rotor. I loosen everything and re-tourqued them but it still doing the same thing.

What's wrong?

Did your bed in the brake pads and rotors.
I did. No problem with the driver rotor or the inside of the passenger rotor, just the outside of the passenger rotor.
It's starting to touch/scrape the entire rotor gradually. I know it because the coating on the rotor slowly being removed.
Should I worry about it or just leave it the way it is if it gradually improves?
