Everyone I talk to on the phone using the Bluetooth say they can't understand me and the quality is horrible. As soon as I switch to the handset, they can hear me fine, so it's not my phone. It doesn't matter if the other person is on their Bluetooth (husband has 2014 Tacoma w/o quality issues), home phone, or cell. I can hear them clear as day, but they say I'm breaking up and/or can't hear or understand me.

I have a 2015 limited with an iPhone 5s. Is this common or should I call the dealer? As I said, DH has a Tacoma and his Bluetooth is fine.

I have an iPhone 6 and I have no problems. You may have to adjust the mic volume in your RAV one way or the other - low to high if they don't hear you, or high to low if you sound distorted. You'd be unintelligible either way.

Refer to your manual for details (unless there's another thread on how to do that), you may save yourself a trip to the dealers.
