I like this thread, I don't have a budget for aftermarket wheels on my black rav4. I like the styles that these other black rav4 aftermarket wheels have, its helping me decide what kinda design i'll choose when I save up some money. Nice looking ravs guys.

Nice Rav4 and rims. Nice color too, they don't have that shade of blue on Rav4s in our country.

this rav would look amazing with 245/65R17 BFG A/T's.
the combo of wheels and roof rack make this thing look trail ready.

 

I was thinking of putting Mud Terrain tires on my Rav to make it look more aggressive. Don't know if I'll actually do it or not.

 

See my album, 18" summer, 17" winter. I think we europeans like the simple and strong look, and they are easy to clean I have nano coated mine, so it is easy to keep them nice and clean

This is more like my taste. I like how it decrease wheel to fender gap without lowering the suspension. It just gives me an idea. I want 8.5" wide lightweight rims, though. Is it hard to install that side view mirrors with turn signals?

I think is pretty hard for me to install the turn signal, I bring it out and let the professional install it for me.

I decided not to go with oversize rims. I drive ALOT and thinner tires make your ride quality go down, plus that would be extra money for new tires as well....

I forgot to use black magic on the wheels before i took the pic. damn.

Haha, thanks! Those wheels do look a lot better than stock. I think it brings the car together better. It does seem like everyone here has a black RAV... But i hardly ever see any black ones around where I drive. I usually see white or blue. I think Ive only seen 2 black RAV's since Ive gotten mine back in February. Although the pearly white looks pretty bad ass.

And yeah, i got custom exhaust, i took out the original muffler and rear resonator. I went with magnaflow cause the shop i went to couldnt order borla, although Im pretty happy the way it sounds actually, its a nice growl.

Was test fitting my aftermarket wheels from a car I used to own on the Rav... so it fits... tires are wrong size of course... now that I have test fitted them, I will have to decide whether to sell these wheels with tires as a package (and probably take quite a bit of loss) or unmount the tires, sell them and keep the wheels for winter... just felt it might be such a waste to use in winter... they're in perfect condition too...

While the OEM wheels were off, I took the opportunity to give them a good cleaning with P21s Total Auto Wash and put some wheel wax on them...
