Power seat slider worn out on one side on 2019 RAV4

One side of the power slide of the driver power seat on my 2019 RAV4 does't work anymore (or at least it struggles), looks like the part inside the rail that transfers the rotation of the motor shaft to the threaded rod is worn. Toyota wants $2200 to replace the whole seat assemble, seems a bit much . So I took the seat out of the rav and found the probable culprit, but I'm afraid that small part isn't available separately, or is it?

You are going to have to go to an OEM parts website and scroll through and see what you can find. I use Toyotapartsdeal.com. I tried looking and there is a ton of parts that make up that seat. Pretty sure from what I'm seeing that you can buy the item cheaper than what the dealer is wanting to charge for a new seat. You may have to buy the whole base however. Sometimes I will go to multiple websites trying to find parts. I know the dealer that I frequent for parts even has more detailed images than I have seen online. You may want to go to the parts counter and see if they can help you track down exactly what you're needing. And then at least have the part number.
I searched and didn't see anything, just the whole bottom seat assembly.

I did see these on ebay

That indeed looks like the bare minimum part I could replace, the little part inside that I suspect being worn out is impossible to replace. Thanks!
Just bored and typing my thoughts a little..
This is kind of odd, I hope we don't start seeing more of this with other 2019+ power seats. A shame toyota used what appears to be nylon or something where the shaft drives the seat rail.

I wonder if maybe something got stuck in your seat rail, and the shaft kept trying to push/spin the rail, when there was something stopping it from moving?

I'd just buy a whole new power seat from a junkyard RAV in the correct color if you can find one. Lots of on line wrecking yards. May be cheaper than replacing worn out parts with new OEM parts.

I had my power seat for my 2021 rav 4 replaced cause some plastic got jammed up into the gear and caused it to stuck in one spot. They replaced the assembly under the seat under warranty
@Turtlepowa - so I did get those tracks from eBay you linked to, guess what; those had the same issue. So back to square one. Tried to find another source for those tracks, but no luck. Guess I just need to order part 71620-0R170, looks like toyotapartsdeal.com has it for a bit cheaper than getting it from Toyota directly, so I'll probably do that.

It's the least expensive way to fix. My lexus motors had to be replaced, went to ebay looking for motor numbers, found a used set, but the parts appeared to be removed from vehicle early on, they worked a-ok for me. Replacing power seat parts is a pita.
Haven't ordered the new part yet, but I saw that part comes in various 'flavors', one of them is "with memory" (currently I don't have the memory function). Just checking, but I assume that putting in a seat assembly that support the memory function, and adding the door buttons to control, won't automagically give me an actual working seats memory function, right? Would be nice if it did, as the price for that part is the same with/without memory function.
