The XLE, by default, does not have a moonroof - it's included in the Convenience Package. That said, at least in my part of the world, the vast majority of XLEs seem to have both the Weather and Convenience packages. That's what I'd look for on the build sheet with the dealer.

All Limiteds come with the standard moonroof, with the panoramic roof as an option.

You might also look at the Woodland trim - a moonroof is not available at all on that trim, and it's otherwise equipped fairly similarly to the XLE.
