To remove the radio, start by prying off the two trim pieces(left+right) next to the radio. Use a thin screwdriver(wrap it in tape) and wedge it in the bottom, in the innermost corner (.2 inch flat spot, closest towards the radio). Just pry it slowly and it should pop out. Then the head unit is held by four(4) ten mm bolts. You will need a magnetized 10mm socket on an long extension so you won't lose the bolt while loosening.
