RAV4 2015 LE fuse tap and GND I

I'm trying to install a power magic pro to power a 2-channel dash cam. I bought fuse taps from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01DYQM6EO/) but they turned out to be the wrong size. Can someone please link me to taps that can fit? Also, where can I connect the ground wire? I don't see any terminal down there. There isn't enough room to check the interior fuse box, it's in a very tight location, so maybe I missed something.
Any help is appreciated.
