Hi,
I read somewhere to get good fuel economy, the tyre air pressure also counts. What is the duration to fill the airpressure, i mean after how may miles/kms!
I dont think 98 model has facility to see airpressure on your panel. How much it wil cost if we put this accesory!

any suggestion/advice please.

regards,
qatar

You should fill air whenever your tyres need it. I check my air pressures once a month as thats how long it takes to see any drop in pressure.

If your RAV has original size tyres (215/70/16) i'd go with 34 psi in the front and 32 psi in the rear to give a good balance between ride comfort, handling and fuel economy. These are the pressures i used to run when i had the original sized tyres on my rav and gave me the best results.

Some people go with slightly lower pressures as they want a softer ride so you'd have to experiment first and see what you like.
