Perhaps the Autozone battery test wasn't accurate, or was not thorough enough to detect any actual problem. The problem as described appears to be a bad battery. Another less likely cause may be a loose, dirty, or corroded connection at the battery, ground, or starter solenoid. How old is the battery, and what brand is it?
Rav4 engine not starting Battery OK

I have RAV4 2006 and in last 15 days i see an problem when i try to start the car it cranks a little and than it appeared the battery went completely drained. The car did not start at all. no cranking soundwhen i tried to start the car i had to do a jump start
After 10 days or so similar problem when i try to start the car it cranked and all the lights were dimmed seems not full power tried 3/4 times it just cranked but the car did not start again have to do jump start
I went to autozone to do test on the battery and they tested it out and said that the battery is fine no issues and aksed me to check it out with mechanic
Any idea what could be the problem ?

Did they do a load test on the battery or just check the voltage?

They just did the voltage testing . i also did a voltage testing at another store and they also said its fine

I checked battery terminal for corrosion but it looked fine. I purchased the battery on jan 2013 from autozone which have 3 yr replacement warranty brand is Autocraft gold
So is it any electrical issue ?

A voltage test is not adequate for testing a battery's ability to start a car engine. A battery's voltage may be OK but it may still lack the necessary capacity. At the least a battery capacity test is necessary, If the battery passes a capacity test it would be worthwhile to clean the battery terminals, which can have corrosion which may not be visible but still can prevent enough electrical current getting to the starter motor. Also the ground connections should be checked and cleaned, both at the battery and at the grounding point on the RAV,
Ordinarily one would not expect a two year old battery to develop a problem, but it has happened as others on this forum have reported. Of course there may be some other problem, but the symptoms which you have reported appear to relate to the battery. Good luck!

I had something very similar in my 2011. Took it back to the dealer (Battery was under warranty). Every time they would show me the load test printout that indicated the battery was good. Four to five days later it would die again and I'd have to jump it. I finally bought a replacement battery and that solved all of my problems. I think when the battery was getting hot it would drop below the threshold to start the car, a jump start would rejuvenate it enough to work for awhile, then it would bleed down again.
Replace the battery and your problem will likely be solved.

Voltage testing can be useful if it's done under load specifically while the engine is cranking. A battery may measure 12V under no load but drop to 8 or 9 under starter load. I'd consider 10V the minimum.
Voltage should also be tested with the engine running at a fast idle. Minimum is 13.5V.

The battery/alternator/starter test was done with engine ON and than A/C full ON and with all headlights ON and again turn OFF A/c and headlights though the test was only for about a 2/3 mins
I will check back at store if they can do load/capacity test.
Time being i was considering to buy portable jumper starter [ if the battery dies down ] until i know the exact problem.
The battery is still under warranty so will have to convince the store that the battery is the problem to have them give me replacement but at present they say the battery is fine

Let them prove "the battery is fine" by giving you another battery. If the problem disappears the original battery is "not fine". Recently I had a battery replaced under warranty at Advance Auto. They had to load test it with their little machine, which prints out a report. The report will print *FAILED* and an authorization number that they must use to provide the replacement battery. If the battery is too low, the printout may say to charge for X number of hours and test again.
