anybody got the idea what's the warranty in this? I live in new york with california emission standard, I was told 15 year 150k for hybrid component by my dealer but I cant find it in writing.

If new york follows california emissions laws, then yes, hybrid components are warrantied for 15 years or 150k miles. If you never keep a vehicle that long, then you don't have to worry about your vehicle being a hybrid. See link:

Spelling it out:
That doesn't tell us anything. As i said before, it gives you the general california emissions warranty which is 7 years 70k miles. But that pertains to all emissions equipment, not specific to hybrid components. Where your jpg detail hybrid components is in the general new car warranty, not california specific.

Here's the warranty PDF, pages 24-27 are the pages in interest, but even then, it skips out on telling you the actual california hybrid warranty, only the general california emissions warranty:

I called my guy he said 100,000 mile 10 year for the battery, 150,000 applies to the Prius, and the hybrid component is the same for gas.
