I am a recent owner of a 2022 Rav4 Prime XSE Premium Package - the wait and persistence was worth it. Only problem I am having is with the Heads-Up Display. I adjust the height to a level that accommodates my height and seat height; however, after the car is turn off and started again later the Heads-Up display is back at the lowest level. Very frustrating to have to adjust every time I want to drive. Finally, took it to a dealership who began with I would have to wait for a "future" update and it "may" be fixed! Just can't believe Toyota would do that. I am 6 feet tall and have my seat pretty high. Don't know what a shorter person would do if they can't see the HUD unless adjusted every time the car is started up. My suggestion to the Customer Service Rep was to replace the HUD since I didn't believe it was software (If I adjust the Brightness that remains the same without going back to factory default). I am going back to the dealership for a diagnostic of the HUD and to see what can be done with a scheduled appointment. Just curious if anyone has had the same issue. Thanks to all in this forum - it really helped me decide to purchase the Rav4 Prime.
