When you pre-heat, or pre-cool the car, can power for this come from being connected for charging, such that you can start your drive fully charged, but pre-heated/or pre-cooled? Or perhaps circuitry takes from the Traction Battery, but still being connected, is replenished?

While plugged into AC power, remote climate (heat or cool), battery heating, and battery conditioning (208-240V only) will cause the vehicle to draw power from the plug. If my RAV4 Prime is fulled charged and plugged in, and I turn on remote climate, I get a notification from my JuiceBox that my car has begun charging.
Thanks for the clarification I've never used remote climate. Is it correct to say, if we want to preheat the car, the first step is to set the temp in the cabin by turning the car on, then setting the temp, then turning the car off, plug in the charge cable and then press the key FOB A/C button and hold for a sec? As a side note: is it possible to start the car and put it into F/R, with the charging cable connected, by accident of course?
