Need to replace the turn signal switch in a 2008 Rav4.

Wanting to do it myself.

Two questions:

> Are there instructions anywhere for how to remove the steering column cover?

> What's the Toyota OEM number for this part?

Do a search for adding factory fog light switch...in order to do that a new turn signal switch is installed...may have the info you're looking for...
