I bought a rack for the trailer hitch on my 2016 Hybrid Limited. Unfortunately I didn't think about tongue weight when I loaded it for a trip, and had everyone on the highway flash me about my brights being "on."

Is there some solution such as an air bag system available? I've found some stuff online but I'd prefer to hear if any forum members have practical experience.

A leveler air bag system is pretty much the same for every vehicle. They have been around for ages. It's a pretty straight forward affair. Just buy a kit compatible with your vehicle and install it. And you are done.

I had a Firestone on my previous Toyota for a little over 10 years, after which it lost pressure due to wear and tear of the bag being inside a constantly moving spring.
