After setting up 3 dozen presets I'm wondering if there's a way to save them so if/when the service department pulls the battery or whatever they can be restored rather than individually entered all over again. It's an XLE with the mega XM/NAV radio if that matters.

When that takes place, the service department could connect jumper cables to another 12V storage battery and to the battery connectors on the car's existing cables before disconnecting the cables from the vehicle's battery. Should also work using a 12v battery booster/emergency start setup.

If you have not done it yet, consider making one of the accessory plug (cigarette lighter) circuits live 100% of the time. It is so easy and quick to do and helpful for various purposes.

Then plug a small 12V battery into the live socket before the main battery is removed.

Both these things have been covered. If Search does not help, please write back to the forum.
