After searching throughout for information about seat covers for the 2019+ RAV4 Hybrid, I found very little. Hopefully this sheds some light on the topic, and gives you an option for you hybrid owners. The seat covers I ordered are from a Hawaii-based company called Wet Okole. They specialize...

Could give them a call at wet okole and see. These seat covers do not obstruct vents in any Toyota hybrid.
