Hello.
I recently got a car as in the subject and I have a question. I replaced the battery with a new one and the clock reset. When I go to settings - clock - there is no such option, I can only set the time zone or 12-24 hours. How can I set the clock differently?. As you can see in the picture, there is also no option "auto adjust by gps". The car has navigation and GPS. I thought it would set automatically but I have been driving for 3 days and nothing is set.

In the US, the time comes from the Internet, not GPS. It comes in via the DCM (data communication module) which is connected to the Internet through cell phone systems. In the US, you don’t need a subscription to the car Wi-Fi for it to work. I don’t know about your country.

nope....not always. my DCM doesn't phone home to anything, ever.

my clock uses GPS antenna.

I am in US with US rav4 and time is set/kept via GPS or set manually..

OP pic shows Polish Language.

I may be wrong, but if OP presses on this clock I think
it will allow it to be changed manually (need to check mine and will
report back if this is incorrect)

edit: I am wrong, this icon is not clickable, it simply
shows time if you have popped out the manual minutes/hours +- display

very odd the GPS on/off menu item is missing

When I replaced my battery (like the OP) I vaguely remember also losing the clock time but I quickly and easily reset it...I think the battery disconnect turned off the "auto adjust by GPS" for the clock on the settings screen and I just pressed the appropriate button to turn the "auto adjust" on again. The RAV clock time is received through the shark fin antenna. Whether it's provided by cell phone towers or by direct satellite link IDK (doesn't Sirius XM come in by satellite?). If the DCM is non-operational as shown in the photo in OPs post there won't be any clock time or other data communication through the RAV infotainment system. I attach the pages for setting the clock from my 2021 gas models RAV owners manual.

The instructions are OK but I don't have this option ("auto adjust by gps") in the settings or manual setting as shown in the picture and that's the problem. And the GPS works normally, I've been driving for a few days, and the clock does not set to the correct time.

Did you get an Owners Manual when you purchased your RAV4? I am curious what your Polish or European version Manual has to say about setting the clock...is it different from the US version?

Both XM and GPS are satellite links; no connections to ground based systems. But the XM signals are only used by the XM decoder in the radio, not other data.

The shark fin antenna does include AM, FM, and XM capabilities. The GPS antenna is somewhere in the dash if my memory is right. I'm not sure where the cell phone antenna may be; anyone know? Cell phone is used for vehicle data (service connect), SOS button (Toyota safety connect), the Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi connect), and Remote connect if you are subscribed to that: Connected Services It is hard to keep track of all the communication possibilities in modern cars.
