Did an oil charge but forgot if there is a washer for the nut. It looks no leaking so far:

It probably should be fine until your next oil change, just keep an eye out for any drips. Every drain plug should have a crush washer.

Agree that if it is not leaking it should be OK with occasional checks. I have used a brass flat washer which is permanently seated on the drain plug for years with oil changes and with no leaks.

However it there is a leak it is best to remove the drain plug, drain the oil into a very clean container, and install a washer on the plug. If one tries to stop the leak simply by tightening the plug that could strip the sump threads and create a repair problem.
