is that for the PCV hose ?

Help me identify this throttle body hose, please

I was smart enough to take a few photos before I dismantled too much stuff. Now I'm reassembling. I'm almost positive that this hose on the throttle body was not attached to anything at the other end. Could it be just a vent of some kind? I've searched and I can't find any schematics that tell...

troubleshooting and diagnostics and specs and what hose goes where....for all of that.

I just checked techinfo for 1997 rav4 throttle body

that is the PCV hose line on the throttle body
