I have a 2015 Rav4 Limited, and I have loved the car since I got it, except the radio. Just over a week ago, I swapped out the stock radio for a 3rd party radio, and it ended up not doing what I needed it to do, so I am returning it today. After I reinstalled the radio, I made sure all the connections were filled and in place, and then I turned the radio back on. First, it showed a loading bar with no text and a picture of a radio on top. (Pretty sure that means it was initializing.) When it finished, I went into my sources menu, and there was no source for SiriusXM. My phone's Bluetooth connected, the bookmarked stations on the left bar stayed in place, and the navigation GPS system worked, but I still have no XM. I checked all connections and made sure they were all in place firmly, and I pulled and put back in the fuse for the radio, but even after doing the loading bar again, it still won't show XM as a source. I don't know what I am doing wrong, if anything, and nothing I am finding online is working for me. If I was unclear on anything or if I left something out, I will clarify. Any assistance at all on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
