I use Mother's VLR. It's one step cleaning and works great. Love the smell too.
Tried it from a recommendation on the 4Runner forum.

Anything wrong with following the manual?

Cleaning the synthetic leather areas
● Remove loose dirt using a vacuum cleaner.
● Apply a mild soap solution to the synthetic leather using a sponge
or soft cloth.
● Allow the solution to soak in for a few minutes. Remove the dirt and
wipe off the solution with a clean, damp cloth.
Any mild soap solution will suffice. I sometimes use window cleaner on it for stains.

Mild soap solution could be a number of 100 things...Think he's looking for recommendations from personal use.
What kind of "Window Cleaner" do you use? Ammonia based?

J-Roc, you understand my question exactly.

Try the VLR, it's all I use. Pretty much use it from top to bottom. Then a non-ammonia glass cleaner to wipe down all the plastics after (door handles and trim pcs)

Softex_ And what is a good conditioner for this material
No conditioner is needed it's synthetic. For cleaning use the original Woolite....pink & white packaging. 10 to 1 (10 water to one Woolite) for light cleaning 6 to 1 for serious cleaning.
