Anybody with that kind of stereo setup in their garage has got to be a serious DIYer.
My garage is my favorite room in the house complete with $5k in cabinets and a gray flake epoxy floor.Yeah I defenitely spend a lot of time in there lol. I actually bought this house because of the big garage
I’m almost 65. Now I determine the size of job I’m willing to tackle based on how many aches and pains I’m willing to tolerate. Getting old is not for sissies. If it takes more than a day or two to complete I'm letting someone else do it.
Looks like you disassembled the fronts before painting but not the backs. I’ve done lots of brake jobs, but I‘m unfamiliar with automatic parking brakes. Is that why you left the rear calipers on when painting? I know there’s an extra step to get the parking brake to release for disassembly.UPDATE!!
Had some yellow caliper paint from another project, so decided to buy some "TRD" Caliper Decals and paint my calipers! Have to take advantage of the warm Texas weather! One thing I hadn't noticed, and not a fan of, is the skinny rear brake rotor....
But besides that, pretty happy with how it came out!
Thanks. Maybe I’ll put on the Brembo decals 😁I got them on ebay!
