Hi, can anyone help with a few problems :(

When driving (Rav4 1996, 2.0, GX, 5 door) over 80mph, steering wheel starts to vibrate or judder ? Is that normal ? Could it be the tracking/alignment ?

Also, when braking at high speed, also get same judder on steering wheel.
Also, when braking at any speed, car does not come to a halt smoothly, it feels like its gently jerking to a halt.
Someone mentioned warped discs, but this would not explain the judder over 80mph.

Thanks - Shah

It does sound like some kind of issue with your brakes. Probably one of the brakes is slightly sticking.

I remember the same type of problems occuring with my Jeep Wrangler. If I remember correctly, it was a sticking rear brake drum that was the culprit. You might want to get all the brakes checked out.
