are there any options for the 2002 model that can directly be swapped??

I'm not crazy about the little "pinkish" that the rear turn signals have to them

I believe the new models directly bolt on. The style 01-05 have a bunch of interchangeable parts.

Those are all red but I rather like the yellow turn signal in the back, pinkish huge or not.

what about swapping position of the the bulbs??

If I put a red bulb for the Brake light, and put it in the turn signal location, andn then put the turn signal bulb into the Brake light location...

would that be possible? Do they use the same size bulb?

top and turn bulb are not the same, but you can use color bulbs.
